this is also one of a accidentally already vegan recipe, its easy to make, affordable and can be eaten anytime of the day for Meryenda (snack time) or dessert . The main ingredients of this dish is glutinous rice flour, coated with fresh young grated coconut and some sugar, to be extra fancy I like to mixed in some sesame seeds and LATIK (toasted coconut cream crumble).
