Ginataang Langka sa Tanglad

Vegan Filipino dish in a saucepan.

I think this dish is accidentally vegan, super simple to make and definitely must have over rice. The main ingredient of this dish is young green jackfruit  (not sweet yellow ) I used the ones in can. I cooked it in coconut milk (gata), seasoned with vegan boullion/mushroom powder, salt & pepper added Tanglad (lemongrass stalks).
