Taho; soft tofu with caramelize syrup, boba topping it off with vegan leche flan

TAHO - Filipino style dessert made with warm soft silken tofu with tapioca pearls (BOBA) and carmalized brown sugar syrup.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup store bought dry Tapioca Pearls cooked by following the directions on package.
  • 1 pack of silken tofu bring into a soft boil in a pot.
  • 1 cup organic dark brown sugar.

Ingredients:

Simmer on very low, add 2-3 tablespoons of water keep mixing till a little thicker.
Put Boba, add soft tofu and drizzle a good amount of brown sugar syrup and enjoy!
